million little pieces

to help me remember things I don't wanna forget.

Month: March, 2011

phone call.

I was on the phone with my brother, instructing every single detail on how to install a program he downloaded.

just click install, dear brother:)
read my tone, ohh it is so full of sarcasm, annoying nak mamps.

anyway, suddenly he said someone came, talk to you later.
okay fine, I waited for 5 minutes but he still didn’t call me back, so I called him instead.
I called again, and again but no answer.
I was starting to worry, maybe whoever came just now took him. Maybe he’s been taken!
He was alone in the house, it’s possible for that to happen.
I called the house phone (many times) but no one answered!
It was very annoying though, but worrying at he same time.
I panicked, I have no idea who I should tell. My parents? Police?
Would they believe me?
I mean Naim is quite big, one kidnapper is not enough to carry him.
But still, he is alone in the house. Anything could happen.

Okay, my positive me thought I should call him again, and fortunately this time he picked up
‘kakak, Muin datang, dah lama tak sembang, nnt Naim call balik okay, bye’

aku lempang budak ni kang.
He should’ve told me earlier right?
instead of lettting me think something bad happened to him.
I was about to call the police, or my parents and risked myself being a big joke.

But then I thought, maybe that was too much, to imagine that it would go to that extent.
in Perlis somemore?

too many movies, I guess?

the thing that matters most.

It has been a while since ayah and I had our debate or discussion over things that are actually matters. Well tonight I’m glad that he brought up the issue again, to remind us about the bigger issue we have upon us.

“For a car, we were given manual instruction book. Guidelines for us so that when the car breaks down, we know the next step we should do, we know what to fix, how to fix them. The manual tells us how to handle the car, so that we can use them at their best level.

We human are created and we were also given a manual book, but we rarely use it.”

To write everything back would be impossible, because i’m lazy there’s too many things we talked about. But one thing I would want to remember is that message above. I’m still far from the point where we all wanna go, but before my journey god-knows-when-ends, I hope I’d be on the right path.

on painkiller.

Pain, you just have to ride it out, hope it goes away on its own, hope the wound that caused it heals. There are no solutions, no easy answers, you just breathe deep and wait for it to subside. Most of the time pain can be managed but sometimes the pain gets you where you least expect it. Hits way below the belt and doesn’t let up. Pain, you just have to fight through, because the truth is you can’t outrun it and life always makes more.

paediatric ver. 2

I think,
I’m starting to fall in love with paediatrics.
well, been spending a lot of time (wayyy too much time) in paeds wards nowadays.
tak kenal maka tak cinta, right?
take home message :
just spend some time with certain things before you decide to fall/not to fall in love with them.

just be easy this time, okay?
we had a good time so far,
don’t mess it up for me okay, KIDS?
